Slip Into Calm was founded by Geoff Carter, who has spent over 20 years working in radio â an exciting world, but one that comes with constant deadlines, pressure, and very little time to truly switch off.
Like many people, Geoff reached a point where the mind just didnât stop. Always thinking, always planning, always moving. Thatâs when he discovered meditation.
At first, it didnât feel natural. Each morning, there was that voice saying, âDonât waste your time. Youâve got things to do.â And thatâs something many people experience when they first try mindfulness meditation.
